This approach, recommended by a previous vendor, caused sharp spikes in pH, ORP, and FRC, increasing the risk of copper corrosion due to halogens and hypochlorite by\u2011products. Managing such large chemical volumes also introduced safety risks, excessive consumption, and environmental concerns.<\/p><p>Despite the high dosage, the frequency and method were ineffective for maintaining long\u2011term microbial control.
